Do not go for this hotel. I had a booking for delux AC room but as i reached 2 hrs late my room was sold to someone else and I was given very dirty room. They charged so much for smelly rooms.

we wear me and my wife to visit the ambience , the facilities, the service was great, the hotel staff was really helpful, and rooms ar very good, there needs to be improvement in servicing of toilets though. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was good only thing deterrent is matheran, food Quality is very good

it is very good hotel with huge infrastructure. clean and tidy staff is very good we enjoyed our 31st celebration

Initially I thought the place will be good as the location is nice and is located in woods. But after reaching the hotel our horrors begins. We came across dirtiest room I have ever stayed. No proper reception room. Whole Resort is managed by a woman. Don't expect any decent rooms. their main doors are those which we put in toilets. Beds are dirty and unhygenic, rooms are filled with dust. No water, not basic amenities. Linens are dirty, towels are black. We had frogs in toilets. mugs n buckets ...more

Hospitality was awesome in the resort. Resort also has swimming pool and restaurant but they served only vegetarian item. Car parking facility was not available.
