My experience at this hotel was purely unsatisfactory... I stayed there on 25th of September, 2021. The bathroom was ugly..not cleaned before giving me. the room was very small in size..I felt difficulty in going to bathroom every time. there wasn't any pillow on my bed... and when demanded, they gave me a very filthy and improper pillow for use as you can see in my photo review..may be it was a taxi seat... At night I faced light flies and insects which didn't make me sleep whole night.. and Y ...more

We had booked a room for 3 and had to pay for extra bedding. The bathroom and services were not at all good!

Very very poor service. I have reached hotel at 08:pm. But there were no one in hotel. no guest and no staff. a man was sleeping in a room, I have wack up him and ask for room. he has no idea of processing. I have already told him that I paid the amount. inspite of it he asked me for money. there we're no any computer. he only demand me I'd card. he was looking me as I am a thief. The mobile charging socket was no working. no flush water in toilet. only one lamp in main room. Very bad experience of life. also they have towel in dirty condition.no hot water.

there are hotal 65 km distance in churu city so that its not a perfect hotal in churu
