owner is a cheat. they say it is near gondola, but it is not. they are very offbeat, and have poor food and poor breakfast buffet. their atv wasn't there so asked to climb up in dirt and mud instead of making other arrangements or cancelling the booking.

The staff behaviour and hospitality were on point and service was amazing....The main problem we faced at Gulmarg Ski hill resort was the room. The premium suite is actually their worst room it is beside the kitchen and under the stairs, as long as the people were awake there was noise coming and we couldn't sleep properly and the toilet is the worst amongst everything it has no outside vent so whenever someone used the washroom smell used to come for a long time afterwards. Overall stay was not comfortable but staff were very nice and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay being at the top of the hill 🥳 Everything was well taken care of. It was centrally heated, so did not even feel like we are in -4 degrees. Loved the hospitality.

It's a nice hotel to stay in , you get the review of the whole Gulmarg, Golf course. In the meadows outside of traffic and other noises you can actually relax and enjoy the view.

The hotel is great. Its a 100 year old hotel. Very well maintained. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the food taste good. The way to the hotel is a straight uphill climb. You can only reach the hotel by foot or horse. The way up is very slippery and dangerous during rains. This hotel is not recommended for old people.

Place is really good.*but they don't have proper roads to reach the hotels*.we waited for 30 mins for pony(horse) and after that during dinner time we waited for 1 hour after that we got dinner(they were hardly 10-15 customer)food all they couldn't provide basic required things like lemon, colddrink.

One of the horrible one, due to non availability of moterable route. It's really tough to reach hotel. Hotel is not approachable by any road transport way. Only Pony ride or wooden seating cart are the options to reach to hotel.

10/10 for view of gulmarga from this resort, location of resort and for availability of the staff during need. The staff will help you to carry the luggage and will also help in climbing because it's located at some distance uphill from the road.The People with old age and the one having difficulty in climbing should avoid this resort.

This place is amazing to stay if you are in a group of 6 and above people. We were three including a child, was feeling very insecure as hotel had only 2 room occupied and was away from main market, some 2-3km. Our car was parked very far from hotel and again we were concerned about it. But since its at hill top, view was amazing and services/staff were satisfactory. In fact i would suggest not to stay in Gulmarg at all, its just a day place as its thw Gandola ride that attracts. You may go back srinagar and stay there.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.....NO WAY TO REACH HOTEL FROM TAXI STAND EXCEPT TAKE A HORSE PAYING PER PERSON ****** RS. OR ELSE WE HAVE TO GO WALKING ATLEAST 1.5 KMS UPSTREAM. THE STAFF WAS NOT UPTO THE MARK. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED. POOR FACILITY.
