there are countless negative points about this hotel — it’s honestly shocking how poorly it’s being run.there is zero security. the room latches are broken and despite raising the concern, they refused to change the room without any explanation. absolutely unacceptable.the manager is nowhere to be found on the property. only two office boys are running the show, and when you ask for the manager, they just hand you a phone. the so-called manager has no basic manners to talk to customers and strai ...more

a very neatly maintained cozy hotel. the staffs were friendly, attentive and helpful. the room was excellent, it was well maintained with lots of space to store the luggage and items with central heating and bed heater. the view from our room was very good too, overlooking the mountains and forest.
the food was very good with variety of spread. overall it was a great experience for us.
goibibo never disappoints.

Rooms were beautiful and cozy. Food was delicious and served in good quantity. Service was fast. Overall, it was a great stay.
There are steps that lead down to the property, which may be slightly challenging for senior citizens with impairments, but staff is helpful and is happy to assist.

The hotel is right in the center of gulmarg cable ride, great view from the hotel window.. the property is well maintained and rooms are luxurious. Food is ok with limited option. Service was good

location was good , but most of the amenities mentioned are not available, not even common wash room hear, no children play area.
view was awesome, no security, just in open area.

what a wonderful stay we had at gulmarg woods ..24×7 hot water in basin ,electric blanket made bed so warm.n comfy plus 2 room heaters culdn be better in 2 degree as it was snowing the day we wer in gulmarg
..we ordered food it was so tasty ..on expensive side but worth it..room had a excellent view of mountains wat a treat to the eyes ..staff is very polite and helpful they attend to every request without a fuss they made our stay comfortable

Exceptional view from cottage. Great facilities - Heating bed, Room heater, clean washroom, carpet floored. Cons- -Restaurant menu to be developed, few items were not available. -Housekeeping staffs should be more professional.
