Unprofessional lady in reception day shift only. After staying 9 days requested for 3/4 hours late check-out due to delay my scheduled train but she denied and behaviour was rude and demanded for half of room. Rest all staffs are very cooperative rooms are new and clean tasty food. I will never book this hotel again.
