it was a good stay and i booked for 1 day with family. room was clean and had hot water. the hotel is near the railway station. the staff was polite and helpful. the restaurant was also good with many options.

Poor facilities, torn bedsheets given as attached in photos. Ill mannered reception people especially the bald guy who sits there in morning. Booked Breakfast for 3 people but not given saying you need to pay again for breakfast. A worst experience

Don't pay, first go and check the room lots of insects inside the room( lizard, cockroach, termites).Staff behaviour is ok but manager is rude.

Stay was delightful. Owners were very polite and helpful. Food was awesome. Only concern was that in my room there was no almirah.

Rooms were very small according to the price. Also blankets and towels were dirty and wet. When I asked for a fresh towel they said its winter and laundry is not done so had to use wet towels. Blankets were super dirty and when asked to change, they said none available

worst experience ever got, the person who seat at the reception had no manner at all how to talk ,room service is also average from onwards I boycott this hotel

the hotel is clean and well designed with lift. the staff here is cooperative. hotel has its own catering services which are commendable and the quality of food is an exception. please do visit this hotel as it's located in amid of Dholi Pyau suburb and well connected to all facilities such as shops and transport. kudos...
