some points to highlight:
1) smelly corridor:: smell of cigarettes in the whole corridor
2) poor maintenance of the washroom.
3) car parking is around 300-400 metres away from the stay and that too not the straight way to parking.
4) watchman(night shift) of hotel came with us in the car to show parking. and then once the car parked, he opened the door & left us with luggage without giving directions to the hotel.
5) they turned our room's ac off with the main switch without checking with us or asking us.

Experience was horrible, There was broken bottle glasses on room floor, which hurt my leg badly and when we complain about that to manager Mr. Sagar, He hasn't even time to apologise and say sorry for the careless but he was busy checking some pictures in his mobile phone.

Very good Experience... clean rooms.. superb Staff... Superb Breakfast with Many options in Veg and Non Veg... this was my 4th Visit to this Hotel... Great Work.. Keep it up... All amenities working Fine in Room..Only Suggestion is Keep Kettle along with Tea and Coffee Sachets for Guest... All included Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, Comb, Shampoo, Hair Oil, Powder, Soap.
