The stay was okay overall, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was average — the bedside lamp cover was missing, and the sofa-cum-bed didn’t have any bedsheets provided. Also, there were no complimentary water bottles, which is a basic expectation. The biggest downside was the bathroom, which was not clean.

the experience was awesome and good ambience. very easy accsess guruvayur temple. the property has a devotional & traditional feel.

the ac was not working, there was no water. it's just a basic basic place to just freshen up and leave the place. not worth the money at all.

We will never choose to stay at this resort again. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room. When we asked for water, they filled old mineral water bottles and gave them to us, telling us to refill them from the ground floor when empty. The bathrooms were not clean at all. We had booked two AC rooms, but the AC in one of the rooms was not cooling properly. It was running, but the room remained hot.We are not at all satisfied with the resort and their service.

*stay was okay, but me and my mom couldn't sleep properly in night because of some sort of insects in bed. we were busy itching. i think it was some sort of bed bugs.

Thank-you for an amazing stay. Rooms are well kept (including the bathroom). Staffs here are very supportive and understanding.
