The location of Hotel Guruvayur Dham is advantage. its situated near the railway station and major temples like Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, it proved to be an ideal base for our pilgrimage and sightseeing. Overall, our stay in the Deluxe Room at Hotel Guruvayur Dham Is fantastic. Room and Washroom Is clean. Most important Manger Harendra Singh service is fantastic.I must advise to this place for stay.

in this hotel i book superior room but they give me small room deluxe . they say superior room not available. hotel staff is good . but i face this issue room change . cleaning is good . everything good but room change not good i pay for superior room they give me normal deluxe room.

Rooms has good interior but poor ventilation. beds and room is quit clean. Amenities are appropriate. Entrance is bad very narrow without elevator. it's hard to go on first floor where reception is available.

Very expensive price compare to rooms, complimentary water is also not available after telling them then they gave 1 water bottle , staff was not good ,

The positive point is the hotel is very near to Mathura Junction railway station. The staffs are very helpful. But the rooms are not spacious at all. Its very congested. No towel , no water provided. Cockroaches are found with in the room. The stairs are very stiff to climb up and they don't have lift facility.
