The location and staff are good. Room is small, bathroom is too small, and there is a dirty smell. Windows are not good, big hold at the window, where everything is seen from outside. It was not a good experience. only the bed is good it was big and strong. You can fully enjoy with your wife or GF.

bedsheet was not clean, tv was not working, if electricity goes, room was like a hell, means suffocation was there, light button was not working properly, there was no proper essentials in room. only one bulb 💡 was there in room. so i didn't like it, same day i checked it out!

"I had an exceptional stay at [Hotel GV Heritage]! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were good normally modern, and well-appointed. The bed was quite comfortable, and the amenities were normal.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby areas hospitals and malls, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

Worst hotel, price is much higher than its service. Room was too small like bathroom, They did not provided even a water bottle. AC was also like 'kaam chalo' type. Bedsheet was marks, not washed properly and torn out.Even blanket was not washed very bad smell coming out from blanket. I gave him voter id card during check in but the attendant took only aadhaar card only, what rubbish is this? And I kindly request hotel owner to provide etiquettes and manners in hospitality as a receptionist he was talking like 'tum' & 'tu' type.

Its a worst place never stay with family. Very dirty bed sheet blanket & pillows. toilet seat flash all the other parts were broken. After using the toilet, you have to fill a bucket with water yourself and clean it.
