I booked for 10+2 people but they provided an apartment only with two rooms with two king size beds. I had to negotiate hard with the owner and got another bed room with one more king size bed. We somehow managed to acoomodate all of us with extra beds. They didnt provide any toiletries and towels. There were no remotes for TV, no lock for one of the bathrooms. This place is some 4.5 km away from the lake and there are no shops / restaurants for atleast 2 km radius. There were frequent power cuts, water shortage however the staffs over there were trying to help as much as they could.

they denied our check in and they told can you please get out of our resort and cancel the booking. they said there is noo room. very worst behaviour from there side .. all the staff are drunken . disrespectful to everyone

The property is located in an awesome environment..the staff here were very kind and the service provided was good enough..i would recommend this place if you love staying with nature..if food needed the staff could the arrangements from the restaurant near by.. The room size and the amenities provided..the location with greeny environment.

out look good. but interior not well to see. better to avoid like this resort. no responsibility from hotel management for emergency. it'll be horrible experience to stay here. tv not working. wn ask to service his rly to main cables cut yesterday night in heavy rain. so not working probably pls adjust now. we'll correct the problem from morning. my opinion *GV Resorts* worst experience frm my side.
