The hotel was undergoing renovation but nowhere it felt like it needs one, the rooms were really well maintained and they provide 24/7 hot water and everything is pretty near, be it the railway station, bus stand or the fort. Everything is at your finger tips. Highly recommend for every stay

Had a pleasing experience, newly constructed rooms and a pleasant stay, right next to the bus stand and 500mts from railway station plus a very good ambience all in all

location of the hotel was good but ac was not working we had to call them 3-4times in a day that your ac is not working washroom was not good there was fungus spots on washroom blind and dirt on washroom slab rest services were good

AC was not working properly 😞 Checkout time said 11 Am I requested just 15 min more said 30% will be extra what is this see my Booking I had complimentary 3 hours extra Just for 15 min can't charge 30% extra .Very bad experience .

hotel stay was relaxing . the room and whole premises is neat and clean . all the staff was professional and friendly . the location of hotel is so easily accessible to malls , fort, palace , new high court road , sun temple … it was beautiful experience staying in gwalior
