the property is huge and we'll maintained. The staff is very polite and u must try their tea and coffee it's a tree pleasure . The view in their terrace area is mind blowing enjoy ur drinks and eatables there

Though hotel is old in structure, it has major plus points of extremely large and very well furnished rooms and corridors, great location of being exactly in the center of Mall Road, and pampering nature of the cordial staff.

Hotel is at very prominent location of Mall road. its Very old building and Rooms are very big. You may not get luxury but good location only. There is no food.

To say that this hotel has seen better days would be an understatement. It belongs to an older grander period, as its vast rooms and corridors show. It has an enviable central location, but it has been allowed to run down, and now has only skeleton maintenance and facilities. I heard that it is about to be demolished and redeveloped, and the sooner that happens the better. Meanwhile, potential guests will do well to keep away and thus hasten the inevitable. ,
