breakfast was cold and dispute asking for warm food they force us to have all order in one shot.
water boten charged over prised , water bottle rate is 20 rs but they charged 30rs + gst despite knowing that 20 rs including all charges.
matters are broken and springs are coming out which can infected your body.
wifi is not at all working and staff has many excuses for a reasons.
even they are not helpfully for early morning leving guest on some packed kutfruit or packed jues even hotel is booked including free breakfast, total waste of money, Not at all recommend.

washroom plumbing was bad. takes ages for a shower! constant sound of laundry work ( one level above our 3rd floor room).total waste of money and time! disappointed with the experience

classic room experience was very annoying.. lack of washroom cleanliness, no exhaust fan and chocked drain. Room size was sufficient to accommodate 2Adults + 1 kid. highly not recommended for family stay as the high cost is inversely proportional to cleanliness and slow room service.

if there is an option to give 0 or - I would have given that. There were electric problem and it took 3and Half hours to fix that. Worst experience so far.

Worst experience. Very uncooperative front desk staff. Rooms not worth the price. Had requested to get my car cleaned and was charged a whooping Rs. 300/- for it.
