horrible, no amenities were provided, rude behavior stayed for 3hrs but request all not to book this hotel at all

Worst experience. Booked 4 AC rooms and they provided 3 Non AC and 1 AC room. Room is full of insects. Food charge is high.

Booked 4 AC rooms but we got 1 AC and 3 non AC rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but there was lots of insects all over the room. Overall experience is not good.
