hotel was very bad. poor service arrogant behaviour of staff. unclean rooms. no wifi, hot water, soap or any other service. even hotel staff didn't help to carry luggage. water shortage issue. no intercom working. During checkin receptionist didn't allowed checkin, he told the booking amount is too less and he can't give checkin based on booking. however the customer care of Goibibo sorted the issue. but overall experience with hotel is very bad. Poor service of hotel staff.
