dear goibibo team,i checked into haqani tourist home, palakkad today (12 july 2025) under booking id gh24019247289368.unfortunately, the room is not as described on your platform, and i am facing multiple issues:the room is not clean.parking facility, which was promised, is not available.the room has no ceiling fan, only a small wall fan, which is insufficient.basic facilities mentioned at the time of booking are missing.this has caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort.i request your immedi ...more

The receptionist was friendly, but the room was not clean. There was dust everywhere, including the TV area, fan, and bathroom windows. To make matters worse, the tap in the bathroom didn't have water available. I had to call the person twice in the middle of the night before they finally addressed the issue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Room is ok for this price. They allowed early check in, that's also very good. Most of the hotels don't allow that. Thats what i seen as a positive here and that's the only reason i gave it 3 stars. Staff behaviour is ok. TV is there, but it's not working, they said this only during check in time and also there is also no tv remotes in the room to check it. Room cleanliness is just ok, there is dust in some parts. Bathroom is very small. There is no blanket, no soap. There is no water available ...more

For bachelors, it is ok for 1 night stay.
Not suitable for family.
You will get a nice sleep, thats all.

Parking is major issue after limited space in room It’s ok in the price range. No ventilations & Fan provided is poor. When we opened window mosquitoes rushed and spoiled our night

it was a too bad experience. there.pls visit a much better tourist home there in olavakode or near to that .bad customer interaction from the authority.too it was totally frustrated from the stay .very very poor.😤😤
