the worst room that too on some other property whereas the main hotel rooms were vacant.on complaint, manager said you have no option as you have already paid for it.

wrost experience ever , hotel management give other room in other building and after complent he is change room bt in new room also tv not working and AC is very old and water flow away from AC in all room .
