The hotel seems to be newly built. The rooms are extremely clean and neat. The front office process was easy and quick. I was given late checkout on request. Thank you for the warm experience

the hotel rooms were neat and clean. though there are few issues like AC remote not working, desk phone not working, they was memorable. I suggest that the price should be around ₹1700 per night and if that happen occupancy will be 100% . I guess they have not worked it well to create a brand equity in mysuru.

Normal customers are given first preference for food and hotel staying customers are asked to wait for hours to get the complimentary breakfast. This is very bad service from the management. Other than this the hotel stay was nice for the price. Hope the management realises this discrimination as they need to understand that hotel booking customers have paid for the food along with their hotel booking even before the normal customers who are yet to pay.
