very bad experience ever...
booked suite room but ac was not working, shower was not working
shifted to deluxe room inspite of booked in suite room but ac was working there also.
no one attended calls on reception while we are complaining against ac and discomfort.
i need refund.

stay at harsoli haveli was good.
romms were big. well maintained property l.
staff behaviour was not good.
we waited 1.5 hr for dinner as they forgot to prepare dinner.
