We celebrated our baby's first birthday here, and it was very special. The staff decorated the place nicely and made us feel very comfortable. They were kind and friendly. We didn’t have to walk far to enjoy a backwater ride. we just crossed the road to find many boats waiting. The ride was peaceful and relaxing. It was a happy and unforgettable day for us.

the hotel is very good...grand building...rooms are big, spacious, with bathroom also of decent size and a good balcony. views are not that great.. swimming pool does not have a lifeguard and is also not clean, water is having insects and leaves etc from trees....swimming pool walls are not cleaned and had algae....the lights or fountains etc were not working restaurant is good...food is also good...one dish we did not like so they offered to change it....curd was too sour, so they took it bac ...more

the stay was great. location is a prime one from where you can go for backwater rides. the hotel is clean and beautiful with private pool and ayurvedic massage.

Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Resort Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at this resort, and my experience was subpar. The atmosphere felt more like a lodge than a resort, lacking warmth and hospitality. Uncleanliness was a major issue, with dust and dirt accumulating in corners and stains on furniture. Breakfast was below average, with limited options and cold food. Overall, this resort failed to meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Room was decent, very spacious but lacked cleanliness. Breakfast was good in taste, but had very limited options. Play area was not maintained. Swimming pool was small, but clean. Overall, I didn't face any major issues during my stay, but it lacked the wow factor.

The property is facing the allepy backwaters. the room was spacious and other facilities were great. The spa was also very relaxing. The convener and the person who did the spa were very courteous and professional. Thew hotel itself arranged for my baxkwater shikara ride and the boatman was very polite and received us warmly. The restaurant has buffet dinner which is not that worth. The buffet breakfast was better.
