Prince.. owner of the guest house was very nice friendly and courteous and his welcoming attitude made our stay at the guest house like second home. I cannot thank him enough and the way he came to drop us was unexpected and would definitely want to visit him again if I ever get chance to go to the paradise so called kashmir again.

1) rooms were without sink.although they got it installed by evening but we had to adjust our luggage in different room.Room should have been ready before check in not after check in. 2) Towels were stinking and there were rats running in the lobby area. 3)he had a tv in common area and kids asked him to switch on the tv but he ignored the kids and didn't switch it on.

Worst of the experience it was. Not even worth a single penny. Room stinks and whole house is shaking. No proper roofing. Dirty linen and towel was given. No toiletries were given. Bed shakes so much that you can’t even properly sleep.

very bad experience. No receptionist was there to receive us. Bed sheet was very dirty...No facility for warm water....waste of money

guest house jo ki ek bhut hi khubsurat location or rha hoga. jo ki ab vaisa bilkul nhi h. foto me window ke bahr river dikhai gi h but ab window ke bahar teen tappad dikhai dete h. washroom me washbasin, dustbin or mirror tk nhi tha. free breakfast hone ke bad bhi hamse breakfast ke paise le liye. Or ye kah kr ki hamne jyada bread slice khai h. Guest house owner ka behavior achchha tha. cooperative tha. khana achchhe se khilaya. Pr khana bahut costly tha 20 rupay ki ek chapati But khana tasty tha. Dal.120Rice 80Curd 60Sabji 140Roti 300Tea 150 (30 per )

Pictures of rooms are misleading. cleanliness and hygiene not up to mark. Bedding not well maintained. Overall too high a price to pay and facilities provided don't match the price charged although owner is very helpful in guiding you around.

Stay was pleasant. Location is easily accessible from Pahalgam taxi stand and Golf course is within 500m from hotel. Prince is very helpful and always ready to support with all kind of query related to trip and places. Wifi is also good and you can continue WFH from here with good views and Breakfast & food is also tasty.
