Its time pass kind ho hotel we booked this hotel just for luggage as our sleeper bus timing was 5:30pm so we booked this normal hotel for keeping the luggage and just resting for sometime .. no doubt staff was very good but the condition of the room are just devastating everything seems to be old and wrecked

*1/5 - Worst Hotel Experience*I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must warn others about the poor service and misleading policies.The rooms were average, but the beds were extremely spongy, making it difficult to sleep. i have not take any photos. we change our room for 3 times due to inconvenience. in room there is a very untolerate bad smell is coming. i had a very bad experience to stay in hayat residency hotel.

A pathetic experience for my stay and a smoke smell was coming around the room and guests were not appropriate in the hotel. Drunk people were roaming around, and keep your door lock closed, as some people may try to open the door in the middle of the night from outside.
