I booked paying for 2 days. No Beach Resort at All. They should not claim themselves as Beach Resort. Meaningless Candle Night Dinner at some other tied up property with No water visibility at Night. I wish I could cancel and get a Refund. They made it a Non Refundable Booking. Total Power Cut, AC not working, Didn't gave early packed breakfast for kids as promised, Very Small Rooms. Hotel Havelock getaway is 10 times better.Please Never Book This Hotel

Service zero, cleanliness zero, food is bit okay. No ventilation in washroom it keeps on stinks. I have uploaded a pic you can refer in which they have serve us a food. Not recommended at all. Book only if you want to waste your money. Don't go by pics uploaded.

The USP of the hotel is it's excellent swimming pool. The outdoor pool is well maintained. The indoor pool is essentially a large sized bathtub with glass walls, accessible from the bedroom itself. Only the ground floor rooms have a direct backdoor entry to the outdoor pool. The food is definitely overpriced, small portions for exorbitant prices.

It's a good property with all the required amenities. Rooms are well maintained and the food is good. The only concern they need to solve is their housekeeping staff. They are always non-responsive. They are mostly reactive than proactive. Their other staff members are very helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help you
