Hotel Heera palace Mysore was a very bad experience for us. Apart from location nothing was good. No proper linen, no toiletries like clean towels and soap was provided. Only good thing was the staff was cordial

It the worst stay I have ever opted for. Unclean bathrooms, no dustbins, stinking bedspreads, unchanged pillow cover.

Very bad experience with this hotel. They don't provide any soap especially for this covid stage , room and bath room is big and good interior but no clentiness. Toilet was not cleaned. TV is no channel. No wifi...they don't provide any amenities even 1star lodging. Hotel located in good location but not suitable for family.. I never recommend this hotel

the check inn was very smooth,the staff was friendly, opposite bakery is available, about 3-4 kms from railway station,rooms are very spacious, AC cooling is good overall enjoyed my stay at heera palace the only drawback was that cable was not connected to the tv

1.Google map location for the hotel address needs to be updated. 2.courtesy of the hotel management is great ..they even allowed us to check out late as we checked in late..and it being out of season 3.they allow us to cook for babies on their gas stove..facility provided in ground floor 4.room service is not great and dustbins in each room we're not provided..and on request they cleaned the the dustbin 5.cost wise and stay wise is satisfied.
