safe and secure place just next to Anjuna police station...on request our room was upgraded...the staff was very helpful.

very near to ozran beach with all amenities manager is very humble n cooperative. The room was very clean and spacious....

Ok experience. Rooms were clean but balcony was not cleaned , tea cups were left used on the table in the balcony . Left over food by previous customer was as it is in mini fridge ..

really a nice place to stay..staff were very polite and helpful especially Nourootham..He is a gem of a person. Helped with bike rental, taxi etc. Also helped when tata sky was not working. The location is close to beach , which is and added advantage. The owner was very kind and pleasant. The manager was also very nice to us. Overall a great experience in this nice and clean stay.
