it was not awesome, ac not working properly, no bathroom slippers, no hair blower available, soap and shampoo bottles were empty

Good Property located at Byculla. Staff is too courteous and warm. Breakfast options can still be better though.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast and lunch. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was a good hotel nice, clean and service was good... but not as good as a 4 star hotel.... Average sized room and washrooms but indeed it was well cleaned. Not worth of that much money.

Hotel is just walkable distance to byculla station and close to city. Rooms are very small compared to the price given. The hotel breakfast and dinner is costly and charging like resort prices for just a business hotel.

room service is not up to the mark. The quality of food is average. The variety of dishes available in buffet as well as in the restaurant is pathetic! There are patches of moistness on many places in the wall. Food ordered from restaurant comes very late every time. location of the property is good. very slow and casual room service
