This is the best hotel for a comfortable stay I forgot a family ,i always prefer this hotel for my stay. The response from the management is very prompt and the food is awesome . i rate 5 for their maintenance and cleanliness and respect towards the client and moreover they respond to us very fast when we ask them anything . it's a prime location to travel and to explore food.

the hotel stay was not good, it was very below average experience for me at heritage inn, all the basic amenities aspect even food accommodation part i had to request the hotel staff to provide, they did not have basic shaving kit facility i had to order it outside through them, even basic kettle was not there for any morning or evening beverage like tea or coffee. rooms were okay not great for 2900 plus the hotel stay experience for technically 1 day was average
