    The resort is wonderful. The food was awesome. The rooms had a beautiful view from the attached balcony. The Check In and Check Out process was smooth and hassle free.

    We had an amazing experience at the Heritage resort Kaushani during our stay this month. Staff were very hospitable and we also got a room upgrade to a double storey bamboo cottage. My son loved it the most. Food was also very good and they had a nice bonfire in the evening. Very nice and cosy place to stay in Kaushani.

    A nice hotel with decent staff. You can see a nice view of Himalayan range from the hotel balcony. Staff is nice. Food in nice. Slightly costly.

    Kausani is a peaceful and wonderful place, and the heritage resort is the best in town. All staff members are very very polite helpful and welcoming. They will make you feel special. The cook at the resort has especially made our visit memorable. We had all our breakfast lunch and dinner there without anything to complain about. Nice resort, great views of the Himalayas from our room balcony. Great food.

    My experience was not at all good. Suddenly the hot water supply stopped in the middle of the bath. On asking for a bucket of hot water, the staff denied the same. The same happened yesterday as well as today. At the time of booking this resort, it was showing that there is spa in the resort but on arrival, at first, they told that there is no spa in the resort but suddenly after some time, they said that the spa is under renovation.     Had a very good stay at Heritage with family. The lawn is beautiful to spend leisure time and relax. Resort is good with excellent views facing Himalayas. We were out of luck due to foggy weather to witness the panoramic view of Himalayan peaks. Room service, sunny warm garden, approach by road.
