The main entrenche lock did not work, had to wait for the attendent at 2AM only to break the door and enter. AC did not work well, dint cool the room. Not worth the Price.

very nice and a quaint place. spacious rooms. has a nice lawn too. I requested for a room adjoining the lawn and the owner obliged me. located in Koregaon Park with very nice, quiet and green neighborhood. overall it was a very nice stay.

The room is good but service is really bad. The AC and TV both were not working. Even they didn't say anything about breakfast, when I asked they said its late. Nobody asked for our ID also. Very strange. Good location and good room but worst service. No telephone in the room, nobody is there to look after things.

As there is no name plate outside the property so identifying it was an issue as the property is in an apartment where half of the property is residential & half is of the hotel. The room was fine over here with all the amenities present in it but they need to work on their cleanliness so because of this it didn't seem that comfortable to me. Even the towels they provided seemed like they were used once, apart from this everything was fine over here.

It's located very close to Godrej nature's park & many restaurants were there nearby to it as well so location wise it's great & is very easily locatable as well. The property was fantastic too. The accommodation which was provided to us was very comfy & clean & their staffs were very courteous & their services were great too. The food I had over here was good as well. My overall stay over here was fab.

There was no reception area in this property and there was only one caretaker who guided us in the property. Apart from this everything in this property was nice, the food quality, the rooms were great.
