i booked for my elder relatives just for a night stay , the first room they gave the washroom was not good, next they gave another room fan was not working later they shifted to another room where the washroom was very stinky on reporting the staff cleaned but not satisfied with the service.
very much unsatisfied even for a night. please ask your staff to check personally

Washroom worst and worst ❌
They are demanding extra charges (500) for earlier check-in on same day when I checked out earlier on same day night 10:30pm.
Male receptionist who was at night sift very rude and worst and mental type.
Merrier was also dimaged.

Ac was leaking repeatedly even after repair in front of me. Bathroom water was very dirty. No hot water was available.

The provided room was not well equipped and maintained.
#AC Water leaked and wet our Bags and clothes....
#No supplementary water bottles provided unless we demand
#TV was not working..... When we asked .... They installed set up box but channels package was not done
#Bathroom cleaning was very horrible
Overall this hotel should not be suggested from your platform as staffs/ reception are not cooperating and customer friendly
I am completely dissatisfied with such suggestions of hotel on goibibo..... rating is horrible 😭
