This hotel cannot be considered as a 4 star. Rooms are ok. Food was average. So congested. Standards were poor compared to other four stars in Manali. Not worth staying for this price range

Booked for 3 adults but got a bed only for 2. There was no wifi for the stay I was there for, it was working for 10 minutes and then didn't work for rest of the day. Washroom curtain was broken because of which you can see everything inside from the bedroom. Before giving you the room the hotel people don't check it at all. The overall stay was not pleasant at all. To compensate the 3rd bed, I was given a mattress so that I could sleep on the floor and if the room has less space maybe in front of the washroom alley which was horrible.

they are not giving proper response in a season time. i insist him for change room as according to plan but they tell me sir please udjust a day we will definatly change your room but they did not.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and didn't like this hotel at all and had to change to another resort for 3rd day in Manali. If you are looking for luxury rooms and beautiful ambience, this is not the place you should visit. - Rooms are clean but have very average amenities. There is no heater, no bath tub available. Top view is good. However, down view is extremely bad. - Food is good to eat. But you will get extremely limited options. Only one or hardly two options that too on request. It i ...more

nice hotel and nice food. they upgraded our room on our request without any extra charge. only parking space is little less. everything else is grt.

The location is not that great. This hotel does not get sunlight! You can hear people in the corridor and nearby even if your room is locked. Staff members were friendly. Food was decent.

Ek dum bakvas aur ghatiya service quality hai. maine Grandeur Room (Luxury room) book kiya tha 3 days k liye but hotel valo ne mujhe majestic room diya aur kaha yeh 1 room hi khali hai aaj. kaho to kal main room change kr dunga but aaj to yahi milega. aur muje wo room diya jisme 4 hours tak light bhi nahi thi. ..
