the hotel owner was not answering the calls the time we reached to our destination.and still the services were not good of hotel and room as shown in the pictures .i m really very disappointed why the behaviour of the owner.

owner is not professional he is taking commissionin every thing and charging extra for any bravrages and wayer bottle, room is not clean, beds are not clean there is cocroch and multiple insects in room, room location is also not good you have to pay 500 rs every time when you want to go to mall road or from mall road to hotle.
they are not taking food order after 6pm, and if you are requesting them to arrange the food they are denying.
you can't arrange food by your self as there is no option you only have to 500 to come to mall road then you can arrange it from there.

it is an average hotel, dont expect much from hotel hill top. it is 50 meter far from snow view point. ride for hotel from lake is very tough and might be dangerous, if you want to go to hotel, go from zoo road to birla school to snow view. if you are going from car and you are going with family and you have kids , i do not prefer to stay there. take a hotel on mall road.

experience was not good, bcoz there was no basics amenities, like water, cable tv was not recharge, washroom drain was choke etc.
there was not dining area, we were having food outside restaurant.
