Unclean bedsheets,no water bottles provided,cockroaches .Whatever negative comments are there holds true.Unfortunately we had to book since no other hotel were available

On our stay on very first day, the rooms were neat and clean. Next Day, they cleaned the rooms but that was done not professionally. Moreover, the soaps and Towels provided by Hotel were removed next day and was not replenished.
Overall, the arrangements were good except fooding for which we had to wander entire Madikeri/Coorg. They don't even provided morning Tea. When we asked, they informed that the Kitchen is under renovation. If that was the situation, they could have charged less. In same price range, good hotels are available along with one/two meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience.

The room was cleaned and well maintained. But we found 2 cockroaches in our room. The management should look after it. Otherwise everything was fine at hotel.
