Hotel was decent and the stay was also comfortable. Food ordered from in-house restaurant was good but can improve. Don't expect room service everyday and we also faced issue with getting hot water in early morning. Overall the stay was OK compared to other nearby hotels and room was also comfy.

It was mood spoiling, they're more into scamming customer by adding additional unit of liquor and unreasonable charge for food. Their room boy will come to your room again and again finding some reason. It was complete mood spoiling. Althought it used to better place in past. I'd recommend to none.

Location was good. Staff was also good but room had some very bad smell throughout. The Ac was not cooling up, it was faulty. Fan regulator was not working on speed of 2,3 and 4 .Toilet seat was broken and washroom too was smelly as the exhaust was not in working mode
Smell through out the room from bathroom to room and also the Ac and Fan regulator it cause us suffocated

the experience was quite good and property location was nice even the view was nice staff behaviour was quite supportive and courteous
everything was good even the room was good but there was lack of cleanliness and washroom tap not working else everything was best ...
it was a good experience but view wasn't that much adorable even there was curtains but room was full of sunlight rays ..it was positive vibes place

The room are not that good hot water is not available in bathroom also towels are not that clean need maintenance to be doon coz there is stains on walls as well as bathroom door is making noise while opening as well as closing coming to best part of this hotel is inhouse restaurant provide best food with varity of menu
Overall at this price range this hotel is average but if hotel provide hot water 24*7 then I turn to be best and if provide hot water and do minor maintains then it wil become one of best hotel in nalasopara
