Great budget hotel, located at main road which is connected to bus stand and railway station. From bus stand, it should be around 3 km and easily accessible by auto, cabs etc. Staff especially support/ room service/ butlers are polite and very co-operative. Though many are not very fluent in Hindi, but english and manageable hindi they speak, which really helped us. i booked at hill crest metro delux room. but i was transferred to a hotel just opposite to the building stating the actual bulding is in construction. the new building looks good on the outside. but the rooms are horrible with no ventilation at all. and it was dirty. bathroom was not cleaned properly. stains on bathroom walls and room walls

For returning back to bangalore I had to board a bus from ooty bus stand. Firstly I asked then to book rickshaw for me as it was early morning time. They did not it. And then dropping to the ooty bus stand by 2 wheeler for 5 mins distance he charged me Rs.150 which he asked me for after reaching bus stand. Literally cheated me.

It's good Spacious room budget hotel.
Could be better if provide reception and boys in same hotel insted of coming from opposite hotel.

Allotted room was worst. Wash basin got major leaked. After my complaint they changed my room. Receptionist got surprised while I am complaint. I dont know how they didn't know about this issue on their one of their room. I will not suggest to any one. Buffet Break fast also not good.

This hotel is the worst hotel i had ever seen .. Not hygiene, bath room is like public toilet, too much of bad smell , blankets are not clean ...Not maintaining properly .. I would suggest to verify the property before allowing them ..
