its my humble request to all the travellers not to book this hotel for your family , we paid 26500 Rs for 1 night stay we booked 4 rooms with breakfast and dinner, rooms were all stinky small smelly toilet was not proper wash basin was broken ,rooms door was broken, they didnt had intercom ,basic toileters , they dont even have mineral water, they dont have buffet dinner or breakfast also we paid for the buffet and they didnt gave us, they informed us whatever we will order they will cook and ...more

I had a amazing experience in Hotel Topaz. This hotel is quiet female friendly as I went there with my daughter only. I stayed in luxury room with valley and mountain View. Room was very clean and big. location of the hotel is quiet apt and 5 minutes to Subhash Chowk and 15 minutes walk to Gandhi Chowk mall road. Special mention for Mr. Gautam, He made sure that we have a safe and friendly stay.

Room and facility not as per showings Demanding payment of water but argue why you show in deal 1 bottle mineral water per room per day then they agree for water. Also refuse to giving room on lift side. Irequest them that we are senior citizens and not able to updown stairs more time then they demanding more charge . Saying there is only luxury room if there is no elevator in deluxe room side then why showing availabllity if elevator

Not a good experience. Hotel room needed painting badly. The furniture and bed linen looked old. The blanket had holes in it. Moreover, there was no toilet paper, we had to request for one specifically. Lighting was poor in the room and the dressing table has no light above it so we had to use the bathroom mirror to get ready.
