very good restaurant and room. staff is also very good politereally sea view from room place is nice was good employee of said hotel

no service. kitchen is super dirty.rooms are super dirty. the washroom.doesnt have any lock. they keep on insisting on boat rides. the owner is nowhere to be seen. we checked in at 5pm we were given our room at 6pm because it wasnt clean. the washroom was smelly the bed sheets were dirty. even water wasnt provided. please dont. there are better stays nearby look for them

Staying at the hilltop with a sea view was amazing. The room was sea-facing, and even at night, while sleeping, you could hear the soothing sound of the sea waves from your room. The morning view was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel staff, especially Ashish, was also very helpful.

One of the best places to stay in South Goa located near Palolem beach. If you want to experience splendid and breathtaking views of the sea, then go for this place. We enjoyed the stay here so much that we extended our booking from one to three days. They provide you with a cottage of your own which is private and has no interference from other guests. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, especially Deepak from the kitchen staff. the food here was delicious and sufficient quantity. private cottage with a beautiful view balcony. good food.
