The food is good, and the rooms and washrooms are decent. However, the reception staff lack basic customer service skills, which greatly impacted our experience. We booked this property through Goibibo, specifically because it offered a flexible check-in option between 6 AM and 8 AM. However, upon arrival, the receptionist rudely commented, "Aap batao itne jaldi aa gaye kisko check out karwaun." It was great experience to stay at Him Regency Manali. Very friendly and supportive staff. Good food and round the clock service. Will surely stay again when we visit Manali next time.. Keep it up.. Safe and secure, amazing candle light dinner

Lucky i found this beautiful 😍 stay and staff members are very friendly and prices are very affordable 👌 places to visit is very nearby so that won't be a problem 😊 rooms are sanitized very frequently for every guests they check in u get the best feel. food nearby r very reasonable, I strongly recommend this hotel to travelers n families. got the best WiFi without any problem so far in 3 days stay

my experience in him regency is not good, the room they offered me first is too small and the room is dirty too, when I refused to stay in that room, they first said that they will change the room next day, when I have said that I will complain, then they changed the room, which is better, but not up to the mark double bed deluxe room,. The room is on ground floor, and exactly beside the road, anyone can look inside the room. Not good hotel for family . overall my experience is not good.

room service was very bad. they charged extra if we need heater even after we booked super deluxe room. room was not ready even we reached 1530 hrs.
