Substandard is how I would define my stay. Although they have decent location, they lack in absolutely everything else. Firstly, complimentary high tea timing was till 5:30, but they blatantly refused the same at 5:15! Rooms were big and somewhat clean, but one could see the lack of maintenance -seepage could be seen everywhere! nothing like 3 star! Broken equipment in gym, broken TT racquets give you an idea And, thankfully we stopped at ordering only once from their kitchen lol. Frankly, not worth the money!

hotel is ok like 3star washroom is not good water pressure is nill to take shower reception is good location is good but cleaning is not up to mark it is not my choice again

Good stay, good view . service is a bit slow and food is over priced.
high tea options can be revisited the sandwich served is not good at all.
overall food quantity can be improved as per the price charged.

The location is good u get good view of nandi hills. The staff is very humble. They organized tambola n other games at night and a supi village-forest trai ltrek in morning. Food is limited but good. Only thing which was upsetting was our room kettle was not work ig. But they arranged 24/7 service if we needed hot water.

I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with good amenities, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs, and the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and had an amazing from private balcony. The food was great at both breakfast and dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and comfort.
