it's very close to Mall Road, which makes it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. However, the room size is quite small, even in the premium category, which was disappointing. Additionally, the property does not have a lift, which can be an issue for guests with mobility concerns. Another drawback is that they do not provide complimentary water bottles or coffee pouches, which are basic amenities one would expect.

hotel is very near to mall road, just 3-4 mins walk. staff is co-operative and humble. room service is very quick and good. overall, great experience.

Poor service and worst reception staff behaviour. Food quality and variety is not upto the marked hotel price.
We have to wait for almost 3 hours for room availability. Even, after advance booking and payment.
The room was way smaller than shown in the picture.

the rooms were average definitely not worth the price.
the room service was simply horrible in fact I must say almost no service at all it seemed as if they were doing us a favour, we asked for a glass of hot water instead just got plain cold water.
no one from house keeping came to clean the room either.
to top it off there was a guest shouting on our floor and it was very disturbing as everyone could hear them fro. their respective room but still none of the staff came up to ask them to tone it down.
very poor do not recommend to anyone.

Room and washroom are. not. clean. it's not look like a hotel . they are not provide early check in. facility and long waiting. time apporx 2.5 hours. one of the bad experience in. my. life . also so many times. power cut .hotel. don't have. power backup so it's is not value for. money . price is high and. hotel is very cheap quality in. this range so I never suggest. to book. it's only one. plus point bcz. it's near by bus stop . there are no any point . don't go to book this hotel

one. of wrost experience in. check in this hotel. reception staff hotel is not. clean. they are not. provide check in. it's too much long. wait. for check in hotel. approx 2.5 house wait . also room. is not as per. picture . power cut. too much time. in. morning when. I talk to staff they told wait sir" electricity aa jayega " dot go to. book this hotel. this is not value. for money .
