hotel refused check inn bluntly .
it was very embarrassing situation for me at 10.00 pm of 11 jan25 night.

clean room and toilet , good food, good service, excellent location.
only drinking water facility needs to improve by installing ro water dispenser at common place.
electric cattle should be provided in room

Hotel staff were cooperative. Food was average. There is no heater service, no wi-fi at all. There is a balcony also to enjoy the views. Ok for the price offered by the hotel. Again no room service provided like daily cleaning.located comfortably at mall road.

All the things was very good in the hotel. The good thing is we did not face any kind of difficulties in the hotel. Altogether we had enjoyed the stay.
