Property was good according to the location. However, they have mentioned that they have parking facility which is not true. They ask you to park your vehicle on the roadside. Some issue with wifi as well. Wifi was keep on disconnecting when I was attending online meeting.

we were not able to survive there we checked in and left it was pathetic .bed sheet was smellingAc was not running properly service was bad we asked for water bottle even they were not able to serve that on time.I never write anything like that but seriously there was issue we just wasted our money and time. I am a old customer of yours. this is the first time I write something like this

it was excellent. clean rooms, staff is cooperative but basic amenities like kettle, instance tea making system and water should be added.

The experience was very good. The room is a bit small compared to others but they have utilised the place perfectly. Overall a decent place to stay where market and street food is easily accessible. Rooms are neat and clean and all amenities are well provided. The staff is polite and friendly and addresses any issues immediately.

it was worst, we reached there at 10:30pm and still the room was not ready, they assigned us another room in which bathroom window was broken and we have to wait 30 min. to finally get our room, apart from it no towel no footmat was there.

Service is very poor and rooms are not so good. My room TV was not working. I've complained to their attendant, but they don't care. Ordered dinner @9.40PM. While they didn't serve at 11.10 PM and called at reception, they've replied it has mistakenly taken somebody else room and that person has returned and food has lying at kitchen. After 15 mins i've called again and literally asked them to cancel my dinner. Finally they served it at 11.35 PM. Think about the quality of service. Very worst experience. I would not suggest anybody
