the hotel staff are so good and polite and the hotel and rooms are clean and beautiful and the plus point is a couple with a wally view is so beautiful.

room was very smelly, water was coming from tap continuously. washroom drainage entrance was open which making the whole room very smelly. so many holes on the bedsheet, towel was very very old, blanket was torn.
its very bad that for that bad room i spent 4000 rupees.
you can see mosquito and cockroaches every where. the balcony is very dusty.

Worth every penny for 6 adults a nignt. We got the room with good enough balcony view of smokey mountains.

I had a bad experience with the hotel management in providing room cleaning , hot water, bedsheets,powercuts.Please don't prefer any cottage type staying if you are with a family trip. The main problem in this place is none of the cottage owners maintain any industry standards, better to prefer any of the hotels or resorts.

bed sheets and blankets are very dusty.
