I had booked a hotel for 5 guests while booking it is showing 1 room with 2 beds but when I reached the hotel they were saying we have only 1 room with 1 bed and asking extra money for another room. Somehow I adjust with a single room some of the family members slept on the floor They did not even provide an extra mattress. It was a very horrible night for me. Pls don't go with this hotel.

There was no hot water 24x 7 .We need to pay extra , if hot water required . No fan in room ,Morning only they will provide .
Pathetic service .
