Had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel considering the value for money
1. Walking distance to Mall Road
2. Limited option in breakfast and dinner but quality was good
3. Staff was very helpfull
4. Full day Hot water
5. Bed Heater was very usefull.

i have stayed at this hotel for 3-days, mine experience was very good. here are some pros and cons:-
pros:- 1)near to mall road walking distance of 2-3mins
2)basic all facilities available there
3)hot mattress available
4)clean washroom
5)staff service and behaviour is good.
6)food is awesome, however buffet in breakfast and dinner items are less but available one are tasty one.
cons:- 1)reaching hotel by car is little difficult one, gate is very narrow to enter for suv.
2)required some mountain view type room which is unavailable.

Booked premium room:- Comfortable stay, mall road at walking distance from hotel. Neat and clean spacious room. Toilet was clean and in good condition. Staff was polite and helpful.
Improvement needed- wifi internet service/TV.

Never book cab through this hotel. They charged Rs 5000 for rohtang pass and assure us that cab travel through atal tunnel and solan valley but after Received advance Rs 1000 they instruct driver not to go atal tunnel or solan valley only visit Rohtang pass. They were totally misguided customer

A very good experience while staying in Holiday Heaven. good location and walking distance from famous tourist places in Manali. Very Polite and Supportive Staff. Delicious Vegitarian Food. Very Delicious Breakfast. Spacious rooms with all amenities.
Spacious rooms, Children's Play Area, Garden, Hill View. Mouth Watering Breakfast. Safety and Security is good. Free Safe Parking.

Best hotel to stay near mall market with all amenities and staff is very cooperative and helping.
