"Pathetic Experience"I had a terrible experience. Initially, I booked for 3 days, but within 5 minutes, due to some unforeseen reasons, I needed to change my plans and shorten my stay to 2 days. However, I found it impossible to modify my booking, didn’t allow any changes to the dates.To make matters worse, when I attempted to make the change, I was notified that I would need to pay an additional ₹7,000 for the alteration.The lack of flexibility and transparency in their policies is highly frustrating, and I am extremely disappointed by their service.

very small room, bathroom is like baby bathroom too small..I never seen such a bathroom, no space to keep towel in bathroom.. Toilet also too small. very expensive

Room size is very small. Availability of foods in buffet is not good. I didn't find such a high rate for this hotel for such a small room.

Good location . Room was really really small, enough for just 1 person but clean and well maintained. Restaurant, gym has been made utilising least space. Good food.

rooms are very congested even basic amenities like towel, dental kit you have to ask for and they won't keep in the room on their own. washrooms are tiny
