rooms are cramped and i was given room with twin bed which wasnt what i was comfortable with. the housekeeping staff was a little all over the place and confused. room had a connecting door which i complained about but the room wasnt changed. food options are limited (not any south indian food).

I was there for a week and loved my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable. I had both my breakfast and dinner with them and it was delicious!! Their spring rolls are to die for, I had them almost 5 times during my stay as a snack. so addictive.

The overall satay experience was very good. Location is good and the staff is very courteous. However the breakfast could be improved. Overall a good stay
The rooms were good size. However children below 12 should be free of charge. We were charged for children aged 9 and 11 even though they did not need an extra bed. Pls consider this to make it more attractive for families
