horrible the room alloted was dirty. no towels, water from bathroom spilling into the bedroom. electric kettle not functioning. bed linen was not replaced when we checked in. on the whole, it was a horrible stay. certainly not in keeping with the brand name

excellent restaurant, breakfast spread was too good. staff at the restaurant were excellent very courteous. rooms were better, cleanliness was not upto standard. for example kettel was not cleaned, bathroom mats needed to ask for no napkins provided. lots of improvement needed at the reception counter. overall experience was good special mention for each and every restaurant staff 👍
