Great property, amazing hospitality, breakfast was tasty. very safe and clean family friendly, and great for solo travelers too, highly recommended, peaceful property at south goa.

great staff, good location. clean private beach. attentive staff zest cafe and beach gril food is awesome. great amenities. family friendly and couple friendly resort. should definitely try Spa. environment, staff, resort amenities, food

Overall stay was very very average Pros- Property has a huge garden soace with greenery and beach access. Its is not a private beach but still it is a clean and less crowded beach. Property like swimming pool or gardens were maintained properly Cons- poor hospitality. Looked like a avg 3star hotel. Poor checkin welcome, food spread is very limited and chefs are local. Very poor service. We reached there at 10.30 pm so they told the food will be available all night the staff closed the counter when we went for dinner.

Apparently the pictures don't do justice what one thinks and books the hotel., the rooms are apparently smaller as what we have stayed in other hotels and after much hustle with the check in process we were alloted other rooms which still had issues. some of the experience in the hotel : 1) The rooms are pretty old and some of the rooms which they call it premium room have AC issues and not enough lights., the AC on off was always a hastle as they had to bring in the machine to dehumidify the ...more

our stay at holiday inn was very good. the staff was very courteous. we really like the hospitality. banu and the support staff did great job in customer satisfaction even provided early checkin as we have a kid. the property is best for folks trying to find some leisure time with their family
